About Tim

I'm Tim Kuptz, Broker/Owner of REMAX Advantage. I've called Las Vegas home since 1984 and have been licensed since 1992, every year of it with REMAX. Along the way I've been part of more than 2,400 transactions, and I've built my business on experience, relationships, and service people remember (for the right reasons).

I run two divisions: sales and property management. On the sales side, we create an exceptional moving experience for buyers, sellers, and investors across Southern Nevada. On the management side, our company cares for 1,300+ doors, about 280 of which I manage personally for mom-and-pop owners around the world. Much of my career has involved remote and absentee owners, including 12+ years representing bank-owned properties, so complex deals and hands-on oversight from a distance are familiar territory. Referrals from past clients, agents nationwide, and corporate partners are the heart of my business.

I'm proud to be the first REMAX Circle of Legends recipient in my market. I've spoken at REMAX and CRS, and Starpower, Broker/Owner conferences. I enjoy serving our local and state associations in professional standards, property management, and finance. I was inducted into the REALTOR Hall of fame in 2021.

Real estate is a family tradition. I started as my mom's buyer agent. We became partners, sold our sales team in 2006, and together owned the most productive REMAX in Las Vegas until her passing in 2022. Today I lead our company of almost 40 years with a fantastic staff, and my oldest son Brandon works alongside me as a third-generation real estate professional.

My wife and I raised our two sons (Brandon and Ryan) here and are now happily figuring out empty-nest life. You'll find us on the golf course, at a concert, traveling, volunteering, or debating a good bottle of wine over a great meal - she's my ride or die.
